– Mahatma Hansraj was the first principal of DAV School, Lahore in 1886. Since then, our organization - DAV has sprouted out as the single largest non-governmental education society in India with 800 institutions.

Our DAV Society runs Manovikas Kendras to inculcate value based learning among special children. Through this way, we not only work towards providing children with disabilities an improved quality of life, but also help them integrate in the mainstream society.
