Meet our first speaker of our online Nerd Nite 45 - Gaurav Singhal.

Gaurav Singhal is Co-Founder & CEO of Arboreum - a company developing the first AI-enabled blockchains to create completely decentralized credit systems, without banks or other financial intermediaries. Formerly he was Lead Data Scientist at the United Nations World Food Programme. In his spare time he enjoys the art of making the perfect grilled cheese sandwich, balcony gardening, and saying snarky things on political twitter. You can find him in Oost either running towards or away from something in an attempt to learn something new that may or may not have ended in abject failure.

For NN 45, he will talk about the application of Machine-Learning not only to “learn” a more accurate depiction of the world from real-time survey data but also to tell surveyors who, when and where to take samples.

When there's wind he's gone kite-surfing.

For NN 44, he will talk about the vast unknown microbial world. Interested? Find out more about the event at https://www.facebook.com/events/2357563127904520/
