Can you sew covers for our Manaaki Mats?

An important tool in death care, these mats are a dry ice, flexible mat that slides into a fabric cover (that’s where you come in) and is then placed between the baby and their blanket or wrap. It’s a great alternative to cooling cots or ice packs, enabling families to hold their babies comfortably while ensuring they stay consistently cool, prolonging the precious time they can spend together.

We'd love your help to create fabric covers for these mats, making it easy for parents to interchange both mats and covers as needed.

The covers work just like pillow slips and are quick and easy to sew. The sizes we need are:

Large: 32x44cm
Medium: 23x32cm
Small: 17x22cm
