What I am About

Welcome to Bay of Plenty Taxation Services (BOPTAX). I’m Adrienne Lawson, Accountant, Xero partner and owner of BOPTAX. I provide a full range of accounting services to small to medium sized businesses.

I have primarily worked in chartered accounting firms and am experienced and educated on accounting practices, and up to date on current taxation. I provide “bigger firm” experience, without the “bigger firm” price tag.

I love the opportunity my profession provides; to connect with a huge variety of business owners and businesses. I am passionate about providing a quality service that you can trust. My work philosophy is simple; you are the judge of my performance and if you are not happy, neither am I.

My aim is to ask the right questions from the start so I can help you in finding the right resolution, and to provide a friendly approachable personal no stress accounting and tax service and to provide an ear for you to discuss any matter big or small. I believe that no question is a silly question. It’s your business and I want to do all I can to keep you fully informed and in control of your own destiny.
