Chef Jon. The Noodle Maestro.
He is OG of the OG crew. He started his noodle journey from hawker days at Ah Seng's Wonton Noodle in Dunman Food Center. Chef Jon’s passion for noodles is irrefutable. He eats noodles for breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper and even in his dreams. He treks the globe for noodles. Rumour has it that, he may be the man, Ah Seng himself.
Tip : only gets better with more pork lard.

Adam is part of the OG WANTON Seng crew. He started at the Amoy Noodle Bar in 2015 and made a disappearance a year later to tour the Himalayas for 7 years where he met with His Holiness, The 14th Dalai Lama, to master the art of cocktail making. (Caption is as long as his disappearance)
