- Bianca Santiago is our amazing Physical Therapist Assistant at BelAir Edison - Baltimore Center. Let's give a big shout out to her! 🥳

❗Bianca was born in Philadelphia, PA. And moved to Maryland in 2019. She graduated from the PTA program at Delaware Technical Community College in Wilmington, DE. She also graduated from Wilmington University for her bachelors degree. Bianca thought about becoming a PTA after attending physical therapy with her mom when she was younger. She took athletic healthcare as her trade in high-school which began her healthcare path. She became a rehab tech as a senior in high school and soon after she realized that she greatly enjoyed working in healthcare and helping people.
Bianca loves to help people and motivate those who seem to have lost hope. As a therapist, we meet many people and she is able to affect their lives in a positive way. She motivates her patients with words of encouragement, laughter, kindness, cheering, and praise all help to motivate others. Also, sharing stories of outcomes of patients who have been successful in the past can give people hope. ​

On her free time Bianca enjoys watching movies, hanging out with friends and family, eating, traveling, exploring new places, and playing with her dogs and cat.

- Caitlin Marciszewski is our amazing Physical Therapist Assistant at Rosedale Center. Let's give a big shout out to her! 🥳

❗Caitlin is from Baltimore County, MD.
She graduated from Howard Community College's PTA program. Her interest in physical therapy began in 2017 after her mom suffered a spinal cord injury. Ever since Caitlin wanted to give that gift back to others. She says that Physical therapy is such a rewarding field and she is looking forward to helping others reach their goals. And she tries to motivate patients by finding the things they love to do or want to do and finding ways to incorporate that into their sessions. She wants patients to love coming to PT as much as she loves coming to work. Caitlin is motivated by the creativity this field offers. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends. She also love traveling, exercising, cooking, and reading books.

- David Mcguigan is our amazing Physical Therapist Director at BelAir Edison Center in Baltimore. Let's give a big shout out to him! 🥳

❗David graduated from the University of Delaware in 2004 with a Pre-medical degree and a minor in Spanish language. He also graduated with doctor in physical therapy from Drexel University in 2008. David was a practicing physical therapy in Delaware for 3 years. And he also was a clinical director in Philadelphia for 8 years as well as a clinical director for 3 years in Baltimore. He has lots of experience in the PT field and enjoys what he does. David is certified in dry needling and has a lot of orthopedic experience. On his free time, David likes to cycle and play soccer.

- Jake Stonecipher is our amazing Physical Therapist Assistant at MLK - Baltimore center. Let's give a big shout out to him! 🥳

❗Jake is a native of Baltimore County and graduated from Elizabethtown College with a Bachelors of Science in Biology Allied Health, before completing his Physical Therapy Assistant program at Baltimore City Community College. Jake loves meeting patients and learning about them as he helps them get back to their optimal function. He swam competitively through high school and college and has coached multiple club swim teams over the past seven years. Jake is a Registered Sea Kayak Guide in Maine, and loves anything on the water, including kayaking, paddle boarding and sailing.

- Earl Hedgmon is our amazing Physical Therapist Assistant and Business Development Manager. Let's give a big shout out to him! 🥳

❗Earl is originally from Fort Riley, Kansas and graduated from Stevenson University and Carroll Community College. Earl said he truly believes in the Innovative PT message and what we stand for as for the patients we serve. He thinks that when he is out and about marketing for our brand they truly don’t have the best unless it’s with Innovative Healthcare. He motivates people based on their why? What keeps them up at night, why do they get out of bed? How badly do they want to get back to their daily life? And what motivates him is being able to uplift others to a better place when he meets them.

Earl is not just our Physical Therapy Assistant, he is also our Business Development Manager, he works in strategic planning, sales management, and prospecting for new clients to help Innovative to grow!

- Daniel Cox is our amazing Physical Therapist Assistant at Abingdon location. Let's give a big shout out to him! 🥳

❗Daniel graduated from Cecil College's Physical Therapy Assistant Program. He received his undergrad Bachelor of Science from West Virginia University. He is a native of Cecil County and was raised in Rising Sun, Maryland. Daniel takes great pride in assisting a wide variety of patients in their journey to correct daily functional limitations and accomplish health goals that lead to a pain-free joyful existence.

Outside of work he enjoys being an uncle, spending time with family, time in nature (hiking, biking, trail running, kayaking, fishing). He's always up for a beach trip, a good book or podcast, traveling to visit friends, Ravens & WVU football, and coaching wrestling.

Hello everyone, today is Feature Wednesday at Innovative!

- Jennifer Hine is our amazing Physical Therapist Director at Silver Spring center. Let's give a big shout out to her! 🥳

❗️Dr. Jennifer Hine has been working as a licensed physical therapist since 1995. In 1991, she graduated from George Washington University with a B.S. degree in Kinesiology. She continued her education at The Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science, where she received her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) and a B.S. in Health Sciences. She taught injury prevention and first aid to Montgomery Soccer Inc. (MSI) soccer coaches, developed osteoporosis and screening clinics and provided nutrition/injury prevention for local Marvateen gymnastics. Her specialties include lower extremity biomechanical analysis, orthopedic and sports medicine treatments, vestibular rehabilitation, and osteoporosis education with an emphasis on fracture and fall prevention. In 2015, while practicing and managing her outpatient clinic, she attained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the College of St. Scholastica. Dr. Hine is currently furthering her professional education and seeking a manual therapy certification from The North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).

She also enjoys spending her free time with family and friends, and her pastime activities include running, biking, soccer, Adventure Racing and fencing.
