Very important to obtain renters insurance and watch those space heaters. Never leave the room with them running and make sure you have a fire extinguisher at home. Anything can happen to another tenant in your building and it can effect you and your possessions.

A space heater is blamed for the deadly fire in a Bronx apartment building. The blaze started in a duplex apartment on the second and third floors, and its smoke quickly spread throughout the building.
