Our mental health educational programs start soon! Both Peer to Peer and Family to Family offer participants FREE, Virtual 8-Session meetings that aims to deepen your understanding of mental health, provide a safe space, and teach you the steps to take to find help.

Family to Family is for loved ones of those living with a mental health condition. This cohort will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays starting Monday, June 3rd until Wednesday, June 26th from 6:00 PM-8:30 PM on Zoom.
