NAMI Miami offers free mental health support, education, and advocacy to those affected by mental health conditions, and their family, friends, and caregivers.

Our mental health educational programs start soon! Both Peer to Peer and Family to Family offer participants FREE, Virtual 8-Session meetings that aims to deepen your understanding of mental health, provide a safe space, and teach you the steps to take to find help.

Family to Family is for loved ones of those living with a mental health condition. This cohort will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays starting Monday, June 3rd until Wednesday, June 26th from 6:00 PM-8:30 PM on Zoom. If you or a loved one are in need of extra support, reach out to NAMI Miami-Dade by calling our helpline at 305-665-2540. Our helpline is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and is available in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese. Let’s break the stigma and encourage ourselves and others to seek the help we all deserve- our mental health is worth it!
