Texas Orthopedics Sports and Rehabilitation Associates are expanding! This group started building an orthopedic clinic and physical therapy space in the new medical/professional development called Pointe183 which is located in Leander, Texas.

This new practice will be a one-story building with approximately 10,283 square feet. It will consist of 16 exam rooms, an infusion room, X-ray and a physical therapy gym. This location should be ready for occupancy this coming winter.

Our health care real estate team provides project management, construction oversight and liaison services.

Our Tax Team held their annual retreat last week at the Northside Events & Social Club. What started with a tax meeting about professional development ended with team bonding exercises led by Venture Up.

The team played various games such as rock-paper-scissors, trust falls, mouse trap, and an "escape room" type activity where the team had to break into a suitcase.

The rest of the office is jealous they didn't get the invite! Well done, Tax Team.

Look at those operating room floors! Flooring started at the Shoreline Orthopaedics and Holland Hospital building in Zeeland, Michigan with epoxy flooring in the ORs and tile in the locker rooms. Drywall taping is ongoing in physical therapy. Millwork installation continues in the surgery center. Ceiling grid is ongoing in the clinic. Installation of both elevators continues. Grading of the parking lot has been completed with binder course coming soon. Electrical work continues throughout the building along with several other ongoing projects. The contractor and subs have been doing a nice job, and we’re excited about the completion.

We are thrilled to share the latest progress on our new 79,700 sq. ft. medical office building project for Orthopedic Institute. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to enhance orthopedic care in the local community and surrounding areas by offering comprehensive services under one roof. With a physical therapy and orthotic lab, 56 exam rooms, a walk-in clinic, a procedure room, a fluoroscopy room, MRI suite, 4 X-ray rooms, and much more, this headquarters will revolutionize patient care.

Current Highlights:
• Ductwork installation for the 2nd floor is in progress.
• Drywall on the 1st floor is over 75% completed.
• Painting has started.
• Over halfway through our EIFS installation.
• Window installation is over 75% completed.
• Fire protection rough-in is substantially complete on the 1st floor.
• Site lighting installation is nearing completion.

We look forward to the installation of gutters and concrete curbs over the next few weeks, while the team is making decisions on furniture and signage indoors. Completion this upcoming winter will be an exciting time for Orthopedic Institute, bringing additional services to the area! We had a great day being a hole sponsor and playing in the Indiana Subcontractors Association's golf outing. We are thankful for such a beautiful day to be out on the course!

We had another great night at the annual IN Cure of MS Gala. The evening brings awareness to Multiples Sclerosis while raising money for Progressive MS and continued research.

We are feeling relaxed and recharged as we head into the weekend thanks to our small-group yoga session. Namaste!

It's been an exciting few days for our Marketing Team in Indiana...for the first time since regionalizing, the Central Marketing Team was together in the same room! Our coworkers flew in from the Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, and Denver offices for our first marketing summit.

Despite the photos, we had several productive work discussions and trainings. We are thankful to work with such a talented group. We are already planning the next one...

Sidewalks are being poured at the new building for Shoreline Orthopaedics and Holland Hospital. This new building includes the clinic and physical therapy gym on the first floor and the surgery center is located on the second floor. It won’t be too long before punch walks and move in.

Right now, more sitework is being completed with the dumpster pad poured and curbs installed. Grades are being finalized so that the asphalt can go down soon. More work is being done on the canopies with electrical for the lighting being installed. Millwork is being installed Inside the building, and flooring will be starting soon.

The new CYP board starting things off on a sweet note! Yesterday they held the first-ever ice cream social & happy hour. As if the ice cream wasn't incentivizing enough, you got to grab a branded tumbler. The afternoon was filled with co-worker chit-chat, card games, and ping pong (even our interns braved a game!)
