Core Rehab is looking for a part time Director of First Impressions in the evenings (4 or 5-7pm) at our Justin location! -Exceptional customer service skills required
-Great personality a must as well as ability to multitask efficiently
-DOFI is the face of Core Rehab and the first impression all who enter receive
-Must be comfortable answering mullti-line phones and scheduling patients
-Must be comfortable engaging with patients, employees, and referring physicians
-DOFI will demonstrate detailed intake of personal patient information
-Information will include insurance, diagnosis, patient referral and medical documentation as needed

Core Rehab is hiring! We are a growing business with 4 offices, and looking for a highly motivated Director of First Impressions (Front Desk/Receptionist). Pay commensurate with experience. Bonus potential available after 3 months.

The Director of First Impressions reports directly to Core Rehab owners, but also works directly with all therapists to provide support as needed.

-Exceptional customer service skills required
-Great personality a must as well as ability to multitask efficiently
-DOFI is the face of Core Rehab and the first impression all who enter receive
-Must be comfortable answering mullti-line phones and scheduling patients
-Must be comfortable engaging with patients, employees, and referring physicians

-Ability to learn and navigate the WebPT, patient management portal is priority
-Comfortable communicating patient balance information and collecting co-pay and additional payments as necessary

-Responsible for keeping the clinic clean
-DOFI will assist with wiping down patient tables, doing clinic laundry and ensuring coffee bar is stocked

Social media experience is a plus. DOFI will have the ability to assist with social media, as well as provide input for content for newsletters and other marketing material.
