Study Purpose:
Identify and predict changes in cognitive and brain functions associated with aging.

Study Details:
• Duration: 1-3 visits, 30 minutes to 2 hours each.
• Flexible scheduling at your convenience.
• Participants will receive financial compensation up to $120.

whether the “erectile dysfunction drug” Cialis (tadalafil) or
the “overactive-bladder drug” Myrbetriq (mirabegron) will
improve blood sugar and metabolism.

You may be eligible for this research study if you are:
• Overweight (BMI more than 27)
• Age 35-65 years old
• Are not on medications for diabetes
• Have not had a previous heart attack or severe heart condition

Dietary Supplement Research Study Opportunity

Researchers at the University of Kentucky are inviting you to participate in a research study about the effects of taking the dietary supplement, ReDaxin, on thinking and memory, and immune system response in healthy individuals. Participants in the research study will be asked to come to the University of Kentucky, three times over a 6-week period.

Participants will receive a compensation of up to $159 for their time.

You may be eligible to participate if you:

Are between 18-50 years of age.
Are healthy.

You may NOT be eligible to participate if you:

Have had a concussion within the last 30 days with symptoms lasting longer than 14 days.
Have previously been diagnosed with cognitive deficit or dysfunction.
Are currently pregnant or nursing.
Cannot safely or consistently participate in all aspects of the study.

Researchers at the University of Kentucky invite you to participate in a research study to see how unloading and sleep restriction interact to affect muscle strength and ability to maintain balance.

Participants will walk on crutches and one leg for two weeks. Half of participants will sleep regularly and half will only sleep for five hours each night on the last three days of the study.
We hope this study will help us understand how unloading and sleep loss might affect astronauts during lunar exploration missions.

Participants will receive $250 for their time.
You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:
- are between the ages of 18 and 50
- are healthy
- regularly engage in exercise
