Our Story
Limb loss and the experience of an amputation can be very traumatizing. At Carolina Orthotics & Prosthetics we are compassionate about our patients, and that is why our team of professionals is available preoperatively to provide you and your family with helpful information and answers to all your questions about the process. Your increased awareness of what to expect after the surgery and the estimated timeline for progression to prosthesis will give you peace of mind and make the transition much easier.
We are committed to providing the highest quality care to all patients. As the patient, you are the central piece to our organization, and that is why we ensure an ethical and compassionate approach to the fitting, delivery and management of every service to help restore your functional independence. With advancements and investment in technology, we have made it possible and practical to offer home visits for patients who are unable to travel to our office, customizing our services much further to fit your needs.
With ten patient care facilities throughout South Carolina, Carolina Orthotics & Prosthetics has been servicing the state with quality orthotic, prosthetic and pedorthic care for over 30 years. We maintain a professional service to the community through the development and maintenance of strong professional relationships with you and your physicians, therapists and other healthcare professionals. Since our inception, we have matured and expanded incorporating the continually changing demands of healthcare and our patients’ needs.
