For the week of 7/15 it’s a cranial nerve - the Trigeminal Nerve! This cranial nerve is the 5th major nerve that controls chewing and biting. Nom nom nom!

For the week of 7/8 it’s the coccyx - the very end of your spine - it controls the muscles of your tailbone and bowel function.

For the first week of July it’s C6 which controls mid neck muscles, throat and swallowing muscles, and certainly fingers.

For the week of 6/24 it’s a brain region spotlight on the limbic system! This area controls emotion and memory - tied to singing and the prefrontal cortex of the brain.

For the week of 6/17 it’s C2 which controls the TMJ, neck muscles, portions of the upper shoulders, and your immune system.
