Happy Autumn to all! The changing of seasons also brings new changes to Rejuvenation. While we will all miss Natalie greatly, we are happy to announce the arrival of Stephanie Lyon, L.Ac., our newest team member who will be providing acupuncture services at Rejuvenation.
Stephanie is an experienced Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)-trained acupuncturist and Chinese medicinal herbalist since early 2005, after graduating from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in late 2004. She is licensed as an acupuncturist in both Oregon and Colorado. Her heart-centered, multi-modal, integrated and balanced approach to pain, stress, and sleep management, and more, accesses each individual’s unique needs, situations and desires in restoring health to an optimal, restful, peaceful, comfortable and fulfilling existence.
Stephanie is also trained and experienced in pharmacy, integrative medicine, Reiki, Esogetic Colorpuncture, MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and brings touches of many of these into each acupuncture treatment.
She is excited to bring her acupuncture and adjunct skills, knowledge and experience to Rejuvenation Massage and Wellness and the Lincoln City community.
What to expect
Her first days at Rejuvenation will be Monday, October 10th and Tuesday, October 11th. Even though you have been receiving ongoing care with Natalie, you will start as a new patient with Stephanie. Please allow 90 minutes for your first appointment with her. She will email you a new patient intake form before your appointment.
Payment
Stephanie currently does not bill insurance, but is more than happy to provide you with a superbill. You will pay in full at the time of service, and she will give you a detailed invoice with the necessary medical codes that are needed for insurance companies. You would then submit that receipt to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Pricing is $135 for your first visit, then $105 for your ongoing follow-up visits.

As some of you know, Maris and I have moved to Seattle. I will be finishing my Chinese herbs at Bastyr University in the fall, and Maris is going to high school here as a sophomore!

I started a new job 10/4/22 working for Dr. Brad Eyford at Ballard Seattle Chiropractic Center doing acupuncture and Tui-Na (Chinese therapeutic massage). It is going great and I am happy to work with a great team of people!

I am working on getting a new website for my practice in Oregon so that I can continue to offer Chinese medicine and Chinese dietary therapy, as well as Standard Process and Nutri-West products. It will also help facilitate any telemedicine consults that may be necessary. I will keep you posted with a link to that website when it is up and running. I have been seeing patients, basically those who have needed it the most and/or reached out for help, at 565 NW US 101, Lincoln City, OR 97367. I simply have not had enough time in a day or a week to see everyone that I have seen at my office, and I deeply apologize for not being in touch about it.

I will continue to work in Lincoln City for four more weekends before the end of the year, and then I will be taking a break for the winter months, save for a good-weather trip here and there.

As far as referrals go, I suggest reaching out to Rejuvenation Spa in Lincoln City at 541.994.1819. They have one new acupuncturist that is accepting new patients. Liz Vitale is also at Bayshore/Pacific City Three Capes Natural Medicine. Tara Goliher with Root2Rise is also available for massage in Pacific City and at her home.
