Since 1997, Jim Altman has been a dedicated and valued member of the TCC family. Jim Altman has contributed to helping countless recovering addicts since 1997. Jim has made a lasting impact on our agency and the community we serve.

Stepping Stones provides vital prenatal care and support services to expecting mothers in the region. This milestone is a testament to the program's incredible impact on the lives of countless families.

A big shoutout to Margaret Caldwell and Donnie Dillow, our amazing Recruitment and Court Liaisons, for representing TCC at the Ohio Chief Probation Officers Association Line Officer Training!

This conference is a valuable opportunity to connect with probation officers, judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement from across the state. Together, they're sharing best practices, learning new skills, and collaborating on improving community supervision.
