Dr. Erica is here to share some tips on keeping your neck and shoulders strong and pain-free. 🎉

First, let's talk range of motion. It’s important to maintain good abduction, adduction, internal and external rotation. If you're a hairstylist, you know how much strain those raised arms can put on your muscles. To combat this, try these practical exercises:

1. Neck Stretches: Gently tilt your head to each side, holding for 15-20 seconds.
2. Shoulder Rolls: Roll your shoulders forward and backward to release tension.
3. Wall Angels: Stand against a wall, slowly raise and lower your arms, keeping them in contact with the wall.
4. Resistance Band Exercises: Strengthen your shoulders with band pull-aparts and external rotations.

Remember, regular movement and stretches can help prevent those muscles from getting angry and inflamed. Stay active and take care of your body!
