Sad to share that the gym has closed. Unfortunately our lease renewal was too expensive for the business to support. Our community is still strong. Though we have scattered to other gyms, the friendships continue on and fitness is still a priority! Look to this page for updates as we search for new opportunities to bring the community together.

Back in March we hosted a Women's Health Event that was a huge success! ๐ธ
9 speakers, 15 vendors, complimentary massaging, scraping and cupping, catered lunch and a coffee cart!!
We canโt wait to continue to partner with the speakers, businesses and vendors in more events in the future! ๐๐
