We consider ourselves an outstanding service organization above all else, but occasionally, our Chief Barketing Officer, Fletcher, drops in the office to make sure that we are meeting his standard for friendliness. He just finished his review and he gave a RESOUNDING 4 paws up!! Can’t beat that! He says for the first 10 customers that come in today he’s giving free wags and kisses!
