Smart kids
Smart kids who excel in ballet may have a natural aptitude for dance, but it is also important to recognise the hard work and dedication required to excel in this art form. Ballet requires years of training and practice, as well as a commitment to regular attendance and rehearsals.
So if you are smart naturally, it’s not enough, hard work is more important. During our classes, we are teaching our kids to work hard to get excellent results
No limits, just follow your dream 🤍
Open classes
Our program was created for three months of learning. During this period, kids are getting new exercises, developing old ones and making a step forward
OPEN CLASS is designed to reward students for a great job during the term. For parents, it's also an essential day cause they get a chance to see kids during the learning process and to see what new they achieve
Love will lead you to your best results 🤍
Same in ballet, love what you are doing, then you will be the best 🤍
Friendship during ballet class
During ballet class, you and your friends can support each other through the challenging aspects of dance, such as mastering difficult steps or perfecting technique. You can also give each other feedback and advice, which can help each of you grow as dancers
Outside of class, you can attend performances together, take dance workshops or even practice choreography. These shared experiences can create a deep sense of camaraderie and understanding between friends
However, it's important to remember to maintain a level of focus and discipline during class. While it's great to have friends to dance with, you don't want to distract each other from the work you're there to do. Make sure to stay focused on the teacher's instructions and give your best effort to improve your dancing skills

When can I start pointe shoes work?
The decision of when to start pointe work in ballet varies for each individual student and should be made by a qualified ballet teacher. Generally, pointe work is not recommended for dancers until they are at least 11-12 years old, and have had several years of ballet training
Before a dancer is allowed to start pointe work, they must demonstrate proper technique and have developed sufficient strength in their feet, ankles, legs, and core muscles
It is important to note that starting pointe work too early or without proper preparation can be dangerous and can lead to serious injuries. Therefore, it is crucial to follow the guidance of a qualified ballet teacher and ensure that the dancer is fully prepared before beginning pointe work

🇬🇧TOP PLACES IN LONDON🇬🇧
We didn’t explore even 50% of the city, but I can recommend some places that found for myself
1. WB Harry Potter tour
For all fans and just people who watched its mast have! Amazing experience for kids and adults, you will spend half of the day there and it won't be enough
2. City centre
You can see Big Ben, a lot of museums, abbeys, and parks. Our favorite park became St. James park. You can feed squirrels, ducks and birds( just bring nuts with you)
3. Tower of London and Tower bridge
We went inside the Tower of London. It’s a super historical place, I recommend taking an audio guide. Near you can find Tower bridge, nice outside, we have been inside.
It was my first time in London, but I’m in love! Definitely will be back to explore more and more. If you have any questions, just ask me

5 TIPS FOR IMPROVING YOUR STRETCHING
If you’ve just started your stretching journey, or you are stuck with your progress, these tips will definitely help you:
1️⃣Don’t forget about breathing while you are doing stretching, as it will help to relax your muscles
2️⃣Vary the exercises each lesson, as repetition of the same routine means the body will get used to the exercises and improvement will be limited
3️⃣Use different types of exercise, dynamic or static, as they produce different effects
4️⃣Don’t stretch every day, as overstretching isn't good for your body, and it needs to rest for 1 or 2 days
5️⃣Stretching isn’t about extreme pain but about reaching the point of tension whilst avoiding injury
Hopefully, these tips will help you! Please share your tips in the comments. I’m really fascinated to read them.
Just beautiful feet ❤️

Interesting questions about ballerina. Part 2
⠀
⠀👩❤️👨6. Are the dance partners always a couple in the real life? Of course, no! In ballet, you don’t have a constant partner. However, you can almost always choose with whom to dance, but basically it doesn’t depend on you, it depends on the set drawing in the dance and the choreographer. Of course, there are some exceptions, when you are a couple of soloists, then basically you are always together, because you feel comfortable with your partner and you have already worked everything out.
⠀ 😁7. Has your partner ever dropped you?
I have never experienced this situation, but of course it happens and it is unpleasant, but this is a practice and experience in the future definitely for a partner
⠀ 💃🏻8. What other styles can you dance? Everything! I love everything in art, regardless of style, music and movements, that’s why each style is beautiful and beloved in its own way for me. It's difficult for me to choose one thing, I try to develop in all directions.
⠀ 🏡9. Do you practice at home? Yes, I do it every day, I do at least stretching and barre exercises, I can also do strength exercises to strengthen all the muscles. I spend at about 40 minutes-1 hour
⠀ 👩🏼🏫10. Tell about your teachers
I’m grateful to all my teachers because I was able to gather information and to draw inspiration from each teacher. But I have 2 teachers to whom I am most grateful:
⠀ 1️⃣Evgevia Zemyantcheva is my first teacher, we have been inseparable with her since I was 3 years old. She instilled in me a love of dancing which gave me a dance and teaching experience. Together with her, the team became is a second home for me, and even now I try to maintain relationships and help the team, and even I would gladly continue to dance there, for the sake of pleasure.
⠀ 2️⃣My second teacher who I respect very much is Izabella Nikolaevna Zhivora. My college classics teacher. She opened the world of ballet art even more for me. She has given experience me and all the knowledge that she has.
⠀ These are interesting questions which I have got. So, I decided to share with you! And it’s also interesting to hear your questions❤️
I DON'T HAVE A WEEKEND
⠀
⠀ Everyone needs a weekend. I love my work too much, but when I’m tired I can’t to do my work with full of energy and proper.
⠀ That’s why we have a weekend. To be honest I don’t have a full day off, but now for me enough a half day to take new energy for a new week. So this day I just relaxing at home and don't want to do anything 😅 Don't do like me, give for your body at least 1 day off.
⠀ What about you? Do you have a weekend and how long is it?

THE WRONG WAY OF STRETCHING YOUR FEET
⠀
⠀ Recently I have posted in IMGT a video with exercises. Those exercises are for everyone, even if you aren’t a ballerina or dancer.Make at least 1-2 times per a week and before every workout it is so important to warm up the whole your body and feet also.
⠀ Just check here how wrong to stretch your toes and feet. The right technic is so important! For the first time, it will be hard, but later you will feel like your feet become stronger and more flexible.
Enjoy❤️

HOW TO CHOOSE POINTE SHOES?
⠀
⠀ If this is first your pointe shoes, please, follow these rules🩰
1. Go to the website with ballet shoes
2. Check what the pointe shoes do you want and size
3. Watch to them, read all information
4. Close the page and don’t buy from the website😂
⠀ The first time you should go to ballet shop and buy from there, consultants will help you to choose the perfect first pointe shoes for you. Or if your teacher can help even better will be.
⠀ I will give you some advice also and will explain parts in pointe shoes.
⠀
⠀🔝Popular brands are: Bloch | Capezio | Chacott | Diva | Freed | Grishko | Gaynor Minden | Merlet | Repetto | Suffolk | Sansha
Note: Grishko offers custom-made pointe shoes (and ballet slippers) with non-animal based and non-toxic glue. Tell them you want your shoes veganised when you order. Perhaps other brands will follow.
⠀ Also when you will choose pointe shoes pay attention to the type of box:
* Tapered Box – This style narrows in width towards the tip of the toes, to allow for dancers with narrow feet, ‘tapered’ or ‘Egyptian’ toes🦶
* Medium/Slightly Tapered Box – often suitable for more average-width feet, or feet with some toes equal to or longer than the big toe, ie. ‘Peasant’ or ‘Greek’ tapered toes🦶
* Square Box – this box shape has only very slight tapering, making it almost as wide at the platform (the area of the shoe you rise onto) as it is at the other end of the box. This style is ideal for wider feet with ‘square toes’. Toes that are almost equal in length, or 'greek toes' that are less tapered🦶
⠀ Depend of the brand pointe shoes have a different type of shank, but the main: soft, medium, and hard.
⠀ Check all photos in the post🔛
And don’t hesitate to ask me questions I will happy to answer❤️
