🦷 90° rotated premolar and blocked out peg shaped lateral.
👩🏻 Patient chose the most conservative option which was to open space for the lateral followed by restorative treatment.
Can’t wait for the end result 😍

👩🏼 14 year old girl
*Trauma tooth 11, root canal treated. (No ankylosis)
*Missing 31 from previous trauma.

Chief complaint: “my gums are not even and my teeth are crooked”

Treatment:
*upper and lower fixed appliance
*slight intrusion of tooth 11

Disclaimer:
*veneers to be placed on 11+21 or internal bleaching and build up on 11.
*gingivoplasty to be done as well.
*Pt might leave the country and get it done back home.
