And we’re back! A happy roomful of reunion as our Monday class hit the ground running, working on their scenes together.

This voice performance workshop sold out the day it was announced. I’m thrilled to be invited by at Yas Creative Hub in Abu Dhabi to run this 2-day voice over performance workshop in the brilliantly equiped studio

Boot camp class received mixed enthusiasm. A full hour of physical and vocal technique work is a great challenge and an insight into the kind of discipline required for professional stage craft.
Sweatbands are an optional extra.

Every student is different because everybody is different, and we love witnessing the individual artist express themselves and grow within the ensemble.

And we love that drama, film and musical theatre students get to choose their own shirt colour.

Happy World Theatre Day. What a way to celebrate it by leading a theatre class for young students at a school in Colombo, with followed by making some theatre with this powerful and playful performer. I am feeling so very fortunate.

The story, about friendship and forgiveness, was devised by Fresco Formation students and they had the audience chuckling throughout. We are proud of them for making their stories happen.

This weekend, things get weird. The Situation is our 2nd show running as part of the wonderful theatre festival .

Despite the pre-show backstage mayhem, these 4 students pulled off 2 nights of excellent theatre performances.

Getting the chance to tell their stories on stage, acting in front of a neutral, paying audience is immensely valuable for them and we could see them beaming with pride afterwards.

Quizzical, the first of 4 Fresco Formation plays opens this weekend, 20 & 21 January.
