🔍 Job Title: Software Support Specialist

📌 Job Overview: As a Software Support Specialist, you'll provide top-notch support to our software users via phone and email, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

👨‍💼 Responsibilities:
Understand our software inside and out, anticipating and addressing user difficulties.
Perform root cause analyses and escalate issues when necessary.
Resolve user concerns with care and professionalism.
Manage support tickets efficiently in our system.
Conduct user training sessions as needed.
Contribute insights to improve our support processes.
Provide onsite support to our customers as needed.

🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
2-3 years' experience in Level 1 and Level 2 support.
Proficiency with ticketing systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with operating systems and programming languages.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL (a plus).
