The couple perfectly matched the wedding theme: the groom wore a light white shirt and trousers that allowed easy movement and were perfect for the family celebration. As for the bride, she exuded elegance. She wore a long white dress with delicate shoulder straps, adorned with sparkling sequins. Her ensemble was finished with a flowing veil and hair ornament. Clutched in her hands was a voluminous bouquet of white peonies.

"It was important to involve the little guests as well: the children first carried the rings, and then they blew soap bubbles during the cake cutting. Everyone laughed and enjoyed the process. The couple also invited entertainers for the kids—various workshops were held on the premises, where children had fun and enjoyed themselves just like the adults.

The two-tiered cake matched the venue’s style: white, minimalist, with unique decorations in the same color scheme. The evening ended with a heartwarming finale as fireworks lit up the shores of the Persian Gulf."

"A unique feature of the wedding was its lack of a host. The entire schedule was structured around cohesive elements: beginning with the ceremony and transitioning to dinner. Adding to the familial vibe were acts by a close-up magician, a cover band, and a dazzling fire show that left every guest in awe.

We built a beautiful stage and designed content incorporating the couple’s logo. Continuous footage, specially crafted for the couple, was displayed on the screen throughout the event."

"To create an intimate and cozy ambiance for the celebration, we designed a special structure adorned with white flowers, illuminating beautifully in the dark. The warm atmosphere was further enhanced by sparkling garlands, adding extra charm and coziness to the evening.

Special attention should be given to the venue setup for the celebration. We decorated it with 35,000 (!) flowers. The installation process took over 30 hours, with the dedicated work of more than 30 florists. We successfully transformed the space: originally brown, the venue was turned into a pristine white wonderland as per the bride’s wishes."

"The newlyweds decided on EMIRATES PALACE in Abu Dhabi as their venue of choice for the celebration. Their wedding was a unique fusion of Russian and English traditions, with an experienced officiant crafting personalized speeches for both the groom and the bride in both languages.

"The bride contacted us, expressing her wish for an intimate, family-centered wedding solely for their closest loved ones. The event consisted of just 11 attendees—eight adults and three children—who were relatives from both the bride’s and groom’s families, including parents, sisters, and nephews.

The couple desired a family celebration, and during our discussions with the bride, we discovered her passion for flowers. She expressed a desire for the venue to be immersed in floral compositions. Taking her dream as the foundation of the concept, we began brainstorming the decor details."

The technical aspect of the event included the use of a floor screen and two additional screens positioned on each side. Guests walked across the illuminated screen, bringing the content to life not only on the side and vertical panels but also beneath their feet.

We utilized every inch of space to bring to life a stylish and modern concept, meticulously executing the complex setup process in an outdoor venue.

Of course, we also took into account the content, which became an integral part of this event. We crafted multiple title sequences and illustrations to seamlessly blend all the elements of the wedding together. In addition, we designed special sketches depicting the theme of remarkable encounters, where destinies entwine to form a circle."

Attendees were treated to a musical surprise—a unique song, a bride’s special gesture to the groom. Crafted specifically for the event, its lyrics were tailored to match the melody. This track became a true favorite, elevating the wedding ambiance.

To keep guests entertained, we arranged for an orchestra, invited choreographers, and prepared a thrilling opening performance involving the bride and groom. While songs were omitted from the program, instrumental music remained, contributing to an unforgettable atmosphere that impressed the guests.

The circle elements formed the core of our decor: a round table, circular screen, and round podiums. Representing the two perfect halves, our newlyweds sat at the central table with the guests for convenience and comfort.

As we crafted the decor, we pinpointed essential elements to infuse this occasion with a unique atmosphere. Utilizing flowers, candles, and crystal chandeliers: our bride desired an ambiance where everything shimmered, twinkled, and exuded a gorgeous glow. We repeatedly changed the materials used in the ceremony to achieve that perfect, shining effect. Despite suggestions to increase the number of flowers, we kept it moderate to avoid overwhelming the decor.

"A wedding without songs and dances"

At our first meeting with the couple, we realized that planning a wedding without dancing and singing would be challenging, inspiring us to develop a creative approach. Thus, we named the project «Circle of Love,» signifying the merging of two halves into one"

"The Concept"

The bride dreamed of a beautiful ceremony with an abundance of flowers—she wanted to use only light shades close to white, but after discussing, we added pink and purple tones. We balanced the color scheme with 80% light shades and 20% pink, peach, and purple.

While crafting the first presentation for the client, complete with mood boards and seating layouts, we dared to suggest an ambitious idea: opting for a round table, a choice often met with skepticism and refusal from couples. However, our charming bride enthusiastically embraced the idea, sparking our inspiration to dive into the project."

"«Circle of Love»: a wedding of two halves

The circle represents two perfect halves, and our newlyweds are like two perfect halves of one whole. We are sharing the story of how we arranged the wedding named «Circle of Love» on the Persian Gulf coastline."

"Following the sunset, the guests moved to the beach area, where we had constructed a personalized cinema. Surrounding it were sofas adorned with comfortable cushions, and the romantic ambiance was further enhanced by the soft glow of string lights. In the beachside cinema, guests watched a film produced by the newlyweds and listened to their heartfelt words of thanks. Every guest, regardless of how many times they had done so before, embraced the couple warmly. Nobody was eager to go to sleep and disrupt the enchantment of the evening.

Yulia and Danila glowed with happiness as their dream wedding, just like one from a fairy tale, turned into reality. We wish the couple a long and happy married life, where every dream is realized on a grand scale, always bringing joy and delight."

"The venue was decorated with customized items featuring the couple’s logos, such as towels, stickers, ice cream sticks, and various small keepsakes. Additionally, guests had the opportunity to apply temporary tattoos as a way to cherish the memories of this day.

A radio station was in full swing at the venue, with the host Mikhail Belyanin recollecting the key moments of the main day’s events. Guests enjoyed cocktails, swaw in the pool, and just unwound after the lively party."

"Before leaving the main day of the celebration, each guest was gifted a playful “hangover kit” by the couple, which included carefully arranged hangover relief tablets, antacids, contraceptives, and a small bottle of champagne. In addition, there was a card containing a QR code that, when scanned, allowed guests to access a surprising voice message from the newlyweds. In the message, they provided instructions on using the “hangover kit” and set the tone for the third day of the celebration.

The third day of the celebration unfolded within a closed Beach Club-style setting — we also decorated it in shades of yellow and peach."

Close relatives had the opportunity to engage in a relaxed atmosphere with the couple, toasting to their love and enjoying music from a DJ.
While the lovers and their guests were enjoying the evening, the team was finishing the final preparations for the main and third day of the wedding weekend.

"Talking about the wedding of Yulia and Danile, it is worth mentioning the welcome party, which happened on the main day of the celebration.

The first day featured a welcoming dinner at the villa, reserved for the newlyweds and their families."

The final performance unfolded in the same location as the ceremony. With fireworks lighting up the bay’s coastline and the presence of the lovely couple, it painted a perfect picture that was appreciated by all those present.

After the main celebration, the guests relocated to the after-party area, which was the fourth venue.
The bride and groom, along with their guests, danced to the tunes of Big Babe Tape and Luxor.

The banquet was led by the hosts Ekaterina Varnava and Mikhail Belyanin, who proved to be a fantastic pair.
Adding to the program’s charm was a performance by the star artist, Feduk. The bride had been eagerly anticipating his appearance, and we went to great lengths to ensure that he could join us in Dubai on this specific date. His set of the best songs seamlessly fit into the celebration, and it had everyone dancing!

In the setup, there was a central screen with a square shape, deviating from the typical rectangular screens. On each side of it, there were two vertical screens serving as backdrops. These vertical screens concealed the backstage area, where equipment was transported between the artists’ performances.

Thanks to this stage setup, all the guests could enjoy the three-dimensional picture in all its glory, as the content had been carefully designed to span across all three screens beforehand.

The couple wished for a simple evening, without unnecessary extravagance. As a result, much of the dinner was focused on content displayed on screens positioned on the stage.

The couple’s wish is to keep the guests from being overwhelmed by excessive entertainments and acts, encouraging them to engage in conversations with one another and include more pauses in the celebration.
