MALIC ACID (E296)
Has a quite taste, but is more gentle than citrus acid has. Also, this acid has a fresh green apple flavor.
We suggest using 50-60 grams per 1 liter of water

LACTIC ACID 80% (E270)
Has a gentle, acid taste with a cream flavor and smooth texture.
We suggest using 50 ml per 1 liter of water

TARTARIC ACID (E334)
Has a quite sour taste with additional sweetness. Also has a flavor of green grapes.
We suggest using 50 grams per 1 liter of water

CITRIC ACID (E330)
Has a quite recognize taste with a lemon flavor.
We suggest using 50 grams per 1 liter of water
