This phenomenon can be attributed to the heightened movement and busyness of the mother during the day, which can lull the baby to sleep. Consequently, the baby may become more energetic and begin moving when the mother is at rest during the night. Furthermore, you're more likely to perceive the baby's movements when you're still rather than when you're engaged in daily activities.
Furthermore, a baby's movements are intricately connected to the mother's blood sugar levels. For instance, a baby might become more animated following the mother's meal, particularly if the meal is rich in carbohydrates.
In essence, frequent fetal movements in the womb are completely normal and signify the baby's robust health and proper development. Most women aren't aware that they have adenomyosis because the condition doesn't always cause symptoms. However, in many women, it may give rise to severe symptoms such as:
