Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
MSG or Chicken powder (optional)
Liquid Seasoning - 5 ml
Chopped onion - 1 medium size
Chopped Carrots - 1/4 cup
Cornstarch - 2 tbsp
Fresh Egg - 1 piece

Sweet and Sour Sauce
Tomato Ketchup - 1/2 cup
Brown sugar - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
Pineapple Juice - 1 cup
Lime or Calamansi extract (if necessary)

For Sautéing
Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
Onion (square cut) - 8 pieces
Red Bell Pepper - 1 small size
Green Bell Pepper - 1 small size
Pineapple Chunks - 50 grams
