🌄 Embracing Nature and Team Building 🚶♂️
Wellube team embarked on an unforgettable journey from Ghazla to Wassab village via Nayt Village in Ras al Khaimah, UAE, covering a total distance of 5.5 km with a heart-pounding 500-meter elevation gain. This adventure was not just about hiking; it was about strengthening teamwork and raising hiking fitness awareness. 🏞️
The hike had breathtaking views and the team got the chance to explore remote, hidden mountain villages through a scenic trail. The team enjoyed the challenging stone staircase and a mesmerizing balcony walk.
Our team thoroughly enjoyed the trail with our Training and Competency Manager and Hiking Champion, Patrick Vijay Disilva as their guide.
Not to forget, each hike done by the team is completed after a risk and safety assessment to ensure everyone’s well-being.

🌟 Pipe Freezing Supports Seamless Infrastructure Expansion for Client! 🌟
The Wellube team recently executed a 16" and 8" Single Position Pipe Freezing operation on a chilled water network in Abu Dhabi, the freeze was held for 4 hours.
Our team provided the complete solution including planning and executing the technical aspects of the pipe freeze as well as the supply of liquid nitrogen to fuel the freezing activities.
The freezing was performed 1.5m away from the dead end of the 16” pipes as the client wanted to cut off the blinds and connect to a new Tie-in to feed the new residential buildings.
A big shoutout to Tabreed for entrusting us with this critical task.
We're thrilled to have played a pivotal role in this project, delivering top-notch results.

Our team in India was tasked with rerouting a high pressure pipeline by our client. This was required due to an upcoming metro station construction.
After a thorough pipeline assessment, we successfully performed our range of services, such as:

Wellube successfully rose to the challenge in Doha, Qatar providing our client with 5 ERPS Subsea Clamps.
We were tasked with designing, fabricating, testing, and supplying these 20-inch Class 600 emergency Split Sleeve Repair Clamps. We ensured temporary and emergency repairs on damaged pipelines in offshore subsea locations.
These HSE-compliant clamps designed for 508 to 516 mm pipe OD can withstand a maximum working pressure of 1480 psig, offering the ultimate performance with Viton seals.
Our team manufactured and delivered these critical tools within a tight deadline, guaranteeing the highest level of service. The client was satisfied and we received positive feedback! 🙌🏼

Throwback to a successful leak sealing project in Abu Dhabi!
When our client approached us to tackle issues pertaining to wall thinning & gas leaks in a pipeline, we knew exactly what was needed.
Our team started working on fabricating, supplying, installing, and leak testing 16 mechanical LS clamps and supplying 12 two-inch 150 ball valves to the client.
Our dedication shone though as we were able to finish the project 20 days prior to our initial commitment.
