From groundbreaking to milestone: our 1000 drilled wells in India.

On 9 June 2023 in Ahmedabad (India), TAQA (Industrialization & Energy Services Company) Management, represented by Jamil Al-Naser - EVP Well Solutions South Middle East, Mohammed El Kasrawy - VP Drilling Solutions, and Riyaz Gulam Jilani Shaikh - India Country Director, celebrated with ONGC Limited Management the milestone of drilling 1000 wells since the inception of our operations in India back in 2018.

During the ceremony, Mr. Vinod Motwani, Chief General Manager at ONGC, commented “I go back to the days when AlMansoori started its operations here, in India. It was mid of 2018 and, after initial doubts, you could fulfil and prove your professionalism, and this is the result: the 1000 wells we drilled in less than five years”.

A token of appreciation symbolizing the enduring strength of our relationship was offered to our client’s management; Mr. Vinod Motwani (Mehsana Asset), Mr. K. D. N. Ramakumar (Ahmedabad Asset), Mr. Vinod Kumar (Cambay Asset), Mr. Bijender Singh (Ankleshwar Asset), Mr. Lavish Pandey (Vadodara Asset).

Mr. Jamil Al Naser concluded saying: “This remarkable accomplishment was made possible thanks to the commitment and hard work of our India team, along with the unwavering support of our esteemed client ONGC”.

We recently hosted a team of ADNOC young professionals at our base in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. The team conducted a thorough tour of the base accompanied by a series of informative technical presentations.
The visit was a great opportunity for young professionals to learn more about the services we provide to the industry through engagement with our employees.

Our Team has recently attended the 10th East African Petroleum Conference 2023 organised by the Ugandan Ministry of Energy in Kampala. In the presence of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Development, Hon. Dr. Nankabirwa Ssentamu, EAPCE aims at showcasing the East African Community as a destination of choice for oil and gas investment opportunities.

Congratulations to our Data Acquisition & Instrumentation Team on the successful delivery of the uniquely designed, fit-to-purpose, custody transfer fiscal meter skid including the in-house built "maxFLOW FLOW COMPUTER" to our esteemed client Tethys Oil AB Oman.

Today marks 100 days since TAQA (Industrialization & Energy Services Company) completed the acquisition of AlMansoori Petroleum Services. The combination of the TAQA Well Services business and AlMansoori Petroleum Services established TAQA Well Solutions, enabling the performance of its customers through an integrated Well Solutions portfolio across the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Turkey, powered by Global Products & Technology Centers of Excellence.

During the roadshow, that took place at the Neb accommodation complex throughout this week,
our UAE Team presented the 100% in-house designed and manufactured smart well testing unit and its capabilities towards a Net-Zero future.

Job satisfaction = happy employees. Our Human Capital department interviews newly-hired employees three months after they join in order to get feedback on their experience during their initial period of employment. This feedback is used to evaluate and improve our onboarding process.

Today our HHSEQ Team conducted a fire evacuation drill at our Musaffah base in Abu Dhabi, UAE, in coordination with the local civil defense authorities. The exercise was held to assess the readiness of the emergency response team who successfully evacuated all on-site personnel to the designated assembly points.

Today we celebrated several important milestones for six members. Congratulations for completing 15 and 25 years in the family.

Today AlMansoori KSA Team celebrated 10 years service of our most loyal employees at our base in Khobar. Congratulations guys, keep up the great work!

Our 2022 Detox Program was an outstanding success! AlMansoori employees from around the world flew to Abu Dhabi to take part at these 4 incredibly healthy days where they learned how to better connect with their bodies and health. Kudos to all the participants and a super thanks to AlMansoori HSEQ Team for making this experience so memorable.

Health walks season has started for AlMansoori Team Qatar! Our employees accompanied by their families enjoyed the 10km march around the beautiful city of Doha. Good job to all the participants.

TAQA Saudi Arabia and AlMansoori Petroleum Services entered into a definitive agreement for TAQA to acquire 100% of AlMansoori Petroleum Services.

At AlMansoori we believe in a bright future. We recently hosted a team of young scholars and future engineers from Beirut Arab University at our base in Cairo, Egypt. This visit, organized in collaboration with the Society of Petroleum Engineers, was a great opportunity for these students to learn more about the oil and gas industry while engaging with our employees. Hopefully we will welcome some of them into the AlMansoori family in the near future.

Creating a caring environment for our employees has been a priority for AlMansoori. Now we have expanded this initiative to include the residents of our workplace. We recently conducted a campaign to trap, neuter, deworm, vaccinate and return the cats living at our Musaffah operations base in Abu Dhabi. We have also installed dedicated feeding stations for them so as to ensure a healthy and hygienic workplace for all.
