Our Story

The Roost Rotisserie is your from-the-earth kitchen specialising in locally sourced, free range, antibiotic & hormone-free chicken roasted in a customised rig. Our chicken is sourced daily from the farms and undergoes a pampered process of brining over 24 hours, marination over 18 hours and slow cooking over 2-3 hours resulting in the most succulent roasted chicken experience ever!

Our menu is heavily focused on clean and honest cooking. Our salads are as flavourful as they are colourful. Our sauces are creative in nature, hand-made in our kitchen and are completely sugar-free. Our sides are made from the freshest crops and are the perfect companion to any dish.

We also offer a range of crafted sandwiches based on chicken as well as grass-fed beef and vegetarian options to make sure that everybody can have a chance to experience The Roost.

Now when it comes to kids, they are our most important customers and as such our clean and honest cooking methods extend to them where they will be served options similar to the adult menu but fine-tuned to their delicate taste buds.
