The name bartender's baby is because, how a mother takes care of her baby, in the similar manner bartender treats his/her cocktails.

Bacardi Mojito should only be had in it's season and that is Jan to Dec.
I’m delighted to announce the release of TWO new limited edition expressions from Aberfeldy's Red Wine Cask Collection.
Introducing Aberfeldy 15 Year Old Napa Valley; finished in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon casks, and Aberfeldy 18 Year Old Tuscan; finished in red wine casks from Bolgheri, Italy.
Meticulously crafted by Malt Master Stephanie Macleod, these two new limited editions widen Aberfeldy's Red Wine Cask Collection to encompass cask finishes from beyond the famous reds of the esteemed Bordeaux and Rhone wine appellations to Napa Valley and Bolgheri.
Sláinte 🍷🥃
There are things that you connect or associate yourself with.... & this is one of those things for me, Dewar's 15.
The look and feel of the product, the appearance, the nose, palate and finish of the whisky is simply brilliant.
Hahaahha,
How many of you can relate to this.....
🤣🤣🤣
Look sharp, speak sharp, deliver sharp.
Simple ideas might give great results.
Training done right.
Well this makes a point
The new Craigellachie 13 years old is here from the village of Craigellachie, Speyside, Scotland. Situated next to river Spey and river Fiddich and walking distance from the town of Aberlour.
The term Craigellachie literally means "Rock Of Alarm".
It's nerdy & masculine, with the notes of baked apples dusted in cinnamon, caramel, sweet pineapples & bonfire aromas.
The team Bacardi.
Fearless Founders Family.
It is the new bottling of Bacardi's 8-year-old Rum. A refined and crafted sipping rum for the mature palate, this has a rich and complex flavour to be savoured, commonly called as Ocho.
Flavours of spices like nutmeg and clove, with fruit character of banana and mangoes, & the warmth of heather honey.
IndiCo - The cocktail which tries to define a bit of culture and palates of both the nations, India & Mexico.
Made with extreme love, passion and a lot of consideration.
The time is flying..... so are we.
#2021
This beautiful wine comes from Kindzmarauli appellation, Georgia. The grape varietal is Saperavi.
Saperavi is Georgia’s endemic varietal and has all the noble characteristics making it one of the world’s most outstanding red wines. Saperavi is a rich, varietal, fruity wine of bountiful body and great vinosity.
Colour is vivid dark ruby red with an obvious blue hue. Blackberry and dark cherry have generously affected the aromas. The violet aroma, the symbol of recognition for Kindzmarauli. Wine, is splendidly blended with spicy black pepper. A rich but softly harmonic tannin structure, with an exuberant palate with full and velvety middle and an invitingly long finish.
The beautiful Aberfeldy Distillery was opened in 1898 by John Dewar and Sons. It sits on the banks of the River Tay.
This variant was released specifically for travel retail & has been aged for 15 years in ex- bourbon american oak and then has been finished for up to 12 months in two types of Madeira casks; Malmsey and Bual.
Commenting on the release of these two new whiskies, Stephanie MacLeod, Malt Master at Aberfeldy, said: “Aberfeldy is a both an approachable yet complex dram, it has those similar sweet rich notes that Madeira wine is famously known for. By using Madeira casks I’m able to further develop the layers of flavour present in Aberfeldy’s honeyed-rich characters, resulting in a whisky with extra spiciness – the perfect complement to the Golden Dram.”
"If it's a whisky, it has to be a malt for me."
Cheers fellas.
Chateau Pierrefette is a full bodied wine from, Merlot & Cabernet Franc in equal proportions, spent 20 months in oak, with subtle aromas of truffles and pepper, soft tannin & excellent structure.
Bordeaux Pomerol wines are rich, decadent reds, with notes of chocolate, dark cherry, plums and spice, soft tannins and elegance courtesy of the Merlot grape. The most lush—and expensive—wines come from a plateau of clay, gravel and iron, while lighter, more acidic wines come from the region's sandy soils.
Story of a hospitality personnel...
What's your story...?
A special 30 year old brandy from Torres, named for the founder of the House, Jaime Torres Vendrell. It's a blend of brandies from their oldest soleras, including Parellada wines originally destined for the Torres 10 aged for an extra chunk of time and a small amount of their rare 1972 F***e Blanche eaux-de-vie.
Villa Antinori was first crafted in 1928 by Marchese Niccolò Antinori, Piero Antinori’s father, as the Antinori family’s signature wine. This is a full blooded Tuscan red wine. The grapes being Sangiovese 55%, Cabernet Sauvignon 25%, Merlot 15%, Syrah 5%.
It is an IGT wine meaning: IGT (Indicazione Geografica Tipica) designations allow foreign grape varieties to be added. It is used most famously in Tuscany with the addition of French varietals like Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon to Chianti Classico, creating the Supertuscans. It is now in every Italian region except Piedmont.
Be easy with the bartender....
😂😂, the s**t even goes home.
This happened in Sicily, Italy. The pipe of the fermentation tank burst and heavy loss of wine was registered.
This South African wine from Stellenbosch region is a youthful wine showing fresh ripe mulberries and plums with a spicy undertone. It can be described as a soft, rich and fruit driven Cabernet. The word Petit means small or little, & so this wine is an entry level wine from the producers.
The wine is produced by Ken Forrester. The Forrester family bought the estate in 1993 and the first vintage was 1994. The estates lies in the slopes of Helderberg mountains in the Western Cape.
Originating from the left bank, St. Emilion Bordeaux, this Grand Cru 2012 is maturing but still very much on the fruit, and with generous wood influence on display, this is a wine to tuck in the cellar for another 2-4 years for maximum enjoyment. Tannins are supple and clearly ripe, alcohol a generous 14%, and length is solid, and the palate is saturated with black fruit and spice. The ensemble is buoyed with firm acids in the old world style.
What is the grape variety in this, leave your thoughts in the comments section.
Cheers fellas
Chateau Troplong Mondot originating from the right bank, Bordeaux, is a Grand Cru Classe, meaning the 1st growth and of 2000 vintage, which is among it's best vintages. It requires time in the cellar and decanting to show its best. On average the wine needs a minimum of 8-10 years of bottle age. Of course that can vary slightly, depending on the vintage. The prominent grape being Merlot, with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
It is best enjoyed in the first 10-35 years of life. Young vintages of Troplong Mondot can be decanted for 2-3 hours which allows the wine to soften and open its perfume. Older vintages might need very little decanting, just enough to remove the sediments.
