Responsibilities and duties

• Determine any functionality that the site must support, for example, whether it will handle financial transactions or enquiries, give guidance on layout, colours and styles.

Required Experience;
• Bachelor of E-commerce or software and IT engineering

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's growth plans and the sales targets.
- Generating sales opportunities through contacts, outdoor marketing and networking
- Identifying and winning fit-out projects, and responding quickly and effectively to tender.
- Liaise with the design and ex*****on teams to make sure all client requirements are met.
-Negotiate agreements in coordination with the other departments and management.

REQUIREMENTS

- The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 5 years fit-out interior project sales experience within the interior design and fitout sector
- Proven record of accomplishment within the interiors industry and experienced in dealing with clients.
- Driving license is required

- Installing and repairing electrical wirings, equipment, appliances and fixtures in buildings.
-Installing conduits and pipes to house electrical wires and cables.
-Ensuring piping complies with electrical codes.
-Installing circuit breakers and other electrical hardware and connecting wiring to them.
-Inspecting electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
-Installing, maintaining, modifying and repairing all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment.
