در نتیجه تلاش یک شبانه روز توانستم مواد درسی ذیل را که شامل ۱۰ سوال مهم برای انترویو یا مصاحبه است با جواب های نمونه یی برایتان تهیه نمایم.
البته فارغان رشته اقتصاد، مدیریت و یا رشته های مرتبط به آن که خواهان ایفای وظایف در نهاد های معتبر دولتی و خصوصی هستند باید قبل از عزیمت به سوی مصاحبه شغلی روی چنین سوالات تمرکز بیشتری نمایند که این یک امر مثبت برای پزیرش ایشان به وظایف دلخواه شان خواهد بود.

1) Tell me about your self?

My background is MBA Finance and HR. And I've been doing financial activities from the last 5 years and i specialized in helping companies and entrepreneurs who are launching and growing their new businesses because I'm looking to experience how management can effect to expand the companies careers in a short time period.

2) what are your strengths?

In my opinion, I have a great habit in my working management. Before starting to work on a project I consider all its prospective that is, is it effective? Does it have efficieny? What's our vision about it? Is it in conflict with the insight of the people? etcetera. Then I would make a decision for begining it or not.
And also I'm a good analyser. during 5 years of my working experiences in different companies I learnt various methods of analyzing the revenue and expenses of an investment and bringing out it's outcome in a period of investing time as well.

3) what are your weaknesses?

Despite of good habits I've a bad habit too.
I'm a type of person who trusts quickly. especially when I work in an organisation or company I always think that all the employees who are there with me are trustful for the purpose of contribution the business's objectives. In fact that's not true as I think, rather there would be a number of the people they are not optimistic that the company gets grow and meet its objectives.
But I've to change this Idea which can be changeable after recognizing the stuffs by passing the time.

4) Why we should hire you?

According to my educational and experiences background I think this position is applicable for me and I'm appropriate with this job, because it's been more than 5 years that I'm intouch with these types of activities. it means I've enough financial knowledge to move it effectively but I still need to know more about finance which this job is the only path that I can gain more knowledge along experience.

5) How do you see yourself in five future years?

As I studied this company's background it was exactly such company that I was looking for and I know with working here I'll develop.So If get hired in this position i will try my best to bring more facilitaties for my teammates through innovation,new and updated financial system for the purpose of saving time and making creative opportunities to the concern department for expanding its working areas in the five future years.

6) why do you want to work in this company/org?

Firstly let me to say this is an adorable company that I've been seen yet and I do appreciate the founders, co-workers and employees of this company/org. for the sake your different types of services like paving the educational opportunities for new generations, empowering Afghan women, constructing new governmental buildings in different parts and different areas of Afghanistan etc.
So despite of all such types of services I really got enthusiastic to apply and work with this network.

7) How much salary do you expect if you get hired?

My expectation of salary amount is depends to my qualifications and experience background. As I have higher education and used to do work in my last job I was earning maximum 25000afg. So I request you please consider the forementioned points and then you may allow to arrange it if I got hired.

8) what motivates you the most?

Interesting to develop , willing to success and making a great life conditions are the main reasons that made me to be motivated.

9) Are you interested to work in a team player?

Exactly, I prefer teamwork because, teamwork makes a great competition manner for every player in a working are. Therefore every player tries to get a head from one another inorder to complete their mission better.
And finally the perseverance of the players in a team cause the company's development and also it meets the objectives rapidly.
