Residual cysts are relatively rare inflammatory cysts of the jaws. They are essentially radicular cysts without the presence of the offending dentition. Case: right mandible parasymphysis fracture + left mandible body fracture near to angle.
Masood a 17 years old patient who has these tow fractures due to physical encounter,
He referred to us and has active bleeding, swelling, but normal in vital signs.

Procedure: At first we controlled bleeding.
After we did IMF and took a AP and Lateral view radiographs and the result was parasymphysis fracture fixed and reduced, immobilization was done by using elastic traction, but fracture near to angle got more space, and patient had abnormal occlusion, due to this problem patient undergoes to GA for second surgery and we placed tow titanium mini plates by screws.
After 30 days we removed arch-bars and IMF and controlled the occlusion of patient that was normal.

Zygomatico orbital complex fracture associated with lateral wall of orbit, Rowe and Killey’s classification Type III subtype b.
Management took place under general anesthesia oropharyngeal intubation.
Access to fractured area achieved by infra orbital incision approach.
ORIF(open reduction and internal fixation) was done by two-point fixation technique successfully following by sub-dermal and dermal closure.
