My Track "2 Days in London", w/ Gerry Verano, was released in August 2023 by the Berlin Label Zug der Liebe, on the Zug der Liebe-Compilation 2023. >Wie seid ihr zur Musik gekommen und wie lange seid ihr schon dabei?

Wir lieben elektronische Musik seit unserer frühen Jugend. Daniel sammelte schon früh Vinyls, spielte 1998 auf einem Schulball und ist mittlerweile seit 25 Jahren als DJ unterwegs. Gerry startete 2007, lernte da auch Daniel kennen und wurde davon inspiriert, mit der Zeit beschloss man gemeinsam Tracks zu produzieren. Musik ist für uns unsere Berufung.

>Was sind eure musikalischen Helden?

Patrick Topping war definitiv ein Einfluss für uns, besonders als wir 'Forget' und diese geniale Bassline hörten. Wir wollten auch so klingen.

>Warum habt ihr euch beim Zug der Liebe beworben, um auf die Compilation zu kommen?

Wir waren bereits 2020 mit dem Tech House-Track "We Love House Music" mit dabei. Damals war für uns Künstler eine harte Zeit wegen Corona. Wir wollten es jetzt nochmals versuchen, um die Leute mit unserem Track "2 Days in London", vom stressigen Alltag ablenken und ihnen Freude machen zu können.

>Was bedeutet für euch der Begriff „Liebe" und warum ist Liebe so wichtig?

Sie ist die stärkste Form der Zuneigung und Emotionen. Ohne Liebe wäre unser Leben nicht annähernd so lebenswert.

>Wenn ihr einen Wunsch frei hättet, welcher wäre das?

Es würde Spaß machen, mit Luciano aufzulegen, aber auch mit Carl Cox. Es scheint, dass sie immer Spaß haben und das ist es, was für uns zählt.

>Was für Projekte stehen zukünftig an?

Wir arbeiten zur Zeit an einem kompletten Album und unsere zukünftigen Pläne schließen eine größere Tour nicht aus.

I'm speechless, we're back with a first place in the international charts. My Tech House-Track "2 Days in London", w/ Gerry Verano, from the Berlin Zug der Liebe-Compilation 2023, is at number 1 in the Canadian iTunes Electronic-Charts. 🥇

The Track "2 Days in London" also reached first place a few months ago in the overall rankings of the Austrian, Spanish, Swedish and Finnish iTunes charts. In the USA, Australia, Germany and the Netherlands, the track made it to the top position in the iTunes electronic charts there. 🔥

Since yesterday we have also been on a larger Spotify playlist there. Thank you to everyone for this support. 🫶

On the (international) music platform Traxsource in the year 2023, I was in the download charts there (worldwide) with my Tracks on number 1 in two different genres, three times in the Top-10, twelve times in the Top-100 and listed thirty-nine times in various DJ charts. 👏

A big thank you to all my labels, DJs, friends, fans, supporters, music lovers and to my family. A special thanks also to my studio colleagues Gerry Verano and Ushuaia*boys for the good cooperation. I am very proud of it, but without all of you, these successes would not have been possible. 🙏
