Übergabe des neuen 420bar Atemluft-Anhängers für die AFK St. Peter In der Au

Ein schönes Projekt fand letzte Woche wieder ihren Besitzer.
Einer der leistungsfähigsten mobilen Kompressoren weltweit, der Mariner 320-E mit einer Lieferleistung von 320l/min inkl. Frequenzumrichter für Sanftanlauf und 4 x 50 Liter Speicherpuffer in der 420bar Version mit der Zuschaltautomatik, welches für gleichzeitiges Befüllen von Atemluftflaschen aus dem Speichersystem und Kompressor sorgt, wurde in dem Anhänger verbaut.

Gekrönt wurde das Projekt mit der eingebauten B-Control Micro in der überarbeiteten Füllrampe.

A beautiful project found its owner again last week.
One of the most powerful mobile compressors in the world, the Mariner 320-E with a delivery capacity of 320l/min including frequency converter for soft start and 4 x 50 liter storage buffer in the 420bar version with automatic selector unit, which ensures the simultaneous filling of breathing air bottles from the storage system and compressor was installed in the trailer.

The project was crowned with the built-in B-Control Micro in the revised filling ramp.

Walter Kainz der am 19.09.2023 nach kurzer schwerer Krankheit verstorben ist.
Walter war 18 Jahre bei uns im Unternehmen tätig und er wurde als zuverlässiger, gewissenhafter
und hilfsbereiter Kollege sehr geschätzt.

Für seinen Einsatz als unseren erfahrensten Servicetechniker sowie Schulungsleiter sind wir ihm zu großen
Dank verpflichtet. Sein Tod bedeutet für uns einen schmerzlichen Verlust und tiefe Trauer.

Wir werden Walter stets in dankbarer Erinnerung erhalten.

Unser Mitgefühl gilt seiner Familie und allen Angehörigen.

We say goodbye to our valued colleague with sadness and deep sadness
Walter Kainz, who died on September 19, 2023 after a short, serious illness.
Walter worked for our company for 18 years and was considered reliable and conscientious
and helpful colleague very much appreciated.

We thank him for his commitment as our most experienced service technician and trainer.
His death means a painful loss and deep sadness for us.
We will always remember Walter with gratitude.

Our condolences go out to his family and all relatives.

Die Retter Messe Wels findet heuer vom 21-23. September wieder statt.

Ausgestellt werden heuer stationäre Anlagen wie PE550-VE von der Poseidon Edition Linie, PE250-TE, der mobilen Linie welche oft für Fahrzeugeinbauten verwendet wird und Benzin angetriebene mobile Kompressoren.

Weiter gibt es die Möglichkeit diverses Zubehör live zu sehen.
Eine Luftgütemessung über unsere neue Generation der B-Detection mobile kann auch vor Ort durchgeführt werden.

Damit unser Stand das richtige Flair hat, kommt natürlich unser Bierikus wieder zum Einsatz!

------SAVIOR FAIR 2023------

The Retter Exposition Wels will take place from 21-23 September this year.

On display this year are stationary systems such as PE550-VE from the Poseidon Edition line, PE250-TE, the mobile line which is often used for vehicle installations and gasoline-powered mobile compressors.

There is also the opportunity to see various accessories live.
An air quality measurement can also be carried out on site using our new generation of B-Detection mobile.

To ensure that our stand has the right flair, our Bierikus will of course be used again!

Das Online- B-DETECTION PLUS bietet ein bisher nicht gekanntes Maß an .
Mit seiner Echtzeit-Messfunktion kann der Landesfeuerwehrverband Oberösterreich ihre Atemluftqualität während des Anlagenbetriebs verfolgen.

Das Sicherheitskonzept der neuen Generation 2022 wurde weiter ausgebaut und perfektioniert. Betreiber können sich auf eine Reihe neuer Funktionen freuen, die den Anwendungsbereich deutlich erweitern:

Das stationären Modelle B-DETECTION PLUS s kann nun auch die Ansaugluft oder die Atemluft in der Flasche während des Füllvorgangs messen!

Alle Geräte der neuen Generation sind jetzt für Messungen mit bis zu 420 bar Enddruck ausgelegt.

Und die Betriebskosten werden durch ein neues halbautomatisches Verfahren gesenkt, bei dem alle Sensoren gleichzeitig kalibriert werden und so die benötigte Prüfgasmenge reduziert wird.

B-DETECTION PLUS "Next Generation" - Rethinking breathing air safety

The online measuring device B-DETECTION PLUS offers an unprecedented level of . With its real-time measurement function, the Upper Austrian Firefighters Association can track their breathing air quality while the system is in operation.

The safety concept of the new 2022 generation has been further expanded and perfected. Operators can look forward to a range of new functions that significantly expand the scope of application:

The stationary B-DETECTION PLUS s model can now also measure the intake air or the breathing air in the cylinder during the filling process!

All instruments of the new generation are now designed for measurements with up to 420 bar final pressure.

And operating costs are reduced by a new semi-automatic procedure in which all sensors are calibrated simultaneously, thus reducing the amount of test gas required.

Messe Boot Tulln 2023
Die Tauchmesse in Tulln fand heuer wieder nach 2 Jahren Corona-Pause statt.
Gegenüber 2020 kamen um 25% mehr Besucher und der Andrang bei uns am Messestand war dementsprechend höher als die letzten Jahre.
Insgesamt war die Messe mit positiven Geschäftsabschlüssen eine erfolgreiche Messe.

Fair Boot Tulln 2023
The diving fair in Tulln took place again this year after a 2-year break from Corona.
Compared to 2020, there were 25% more visitors and the crowds at our stand were correspondingly higher than in previous years.
Overall, the fair was a success with positive business deals.

Zusammen mit unserem neuen Partner Firma Repforn wurden letzte Woche lokale Feuerwehren, Tauchshops, Krankenhäuser und der Hafen von Montenegro besucht.
Unsere Kompressoren waren überall vertreten und die Kunden waren auch bei älteren Modellen sehr zufrieden und sprachen von unserer hervorragenden Qualität.

Das Main Event war unsere Präsentation mit Fragen und Antworten gegen Ende des Abends. Es entstanden gute Leads die sehr bald realisiert werden.

Wir können es kaum erwarten gemeinsam mit unserem neuen Partner zukünftig gemeinsame Projekte zu gestalten und sagen jetzt schon ‘‘Willkommen am Bord‘‘ Firma Repforn!!!

Montenegro

Last week we visited together with our new partner Repforn local fire brigades, diving shops, hospitals and the port of Montenegro. Our compressors were represented everywhere and customers were very satisfied, even with older models, and spoke of our outstanding quality.

The main event was our presentation and the interesting Q&A towards the end of the evening. Good leads have emerged that will be realized very soon.

We can hardly wait to design joint projects together with our new partner and want already to say 'Welcome on Board' company Repforn!!!

Together with our partner we visited the largest fire brigade bases in the country.

Together with our Partner Garant Pro Tech from Lithuania colleagues from Bauer Kompressoren Germany/Austria participated on this important event, which took place the 2nd time.

Fireman and decision makers from Lithuania, Latvia and Poland joined this forum.

Many speeches on interesting fire brigade topics, presentation of units and other fire brigade equipment where shown.

The Professional Fire Brigade of Klagenfurt is pleased about its new breathing air concept.

The powerful compressor from the Poseidon Edition series PE700-VE Silent with a delivery capacity of 700l/min in combination with storage bottles and the automatic switch-on system as a carefree concept.

The automatic selector unit enables compressed air cylinders to be filled quickly and simultaneously in parallel from a single storage system (buffer) and via the compressor.

HOW IT WORKS: The storage bottle connected to the filling panel takes priority for filling, i.e. the storage system and the compressor always start by filling the breathing air cylinders at the filling panel.

Once these cylinders have been filled completely, the storage system is topped up by the compressor.

When the maximum filling pressure is reached in the storage system, the compressor shuts down again entirely automatically. As soon as the next empty compressed air cylinder is connected to the filling panel, the fully automatic filling cycle starts again from the beginning.

Die Berufsfeuerwehr Klagenfurt freut sich über ihre neues Atemluftkonzept.

Der Leistungsstarke Kompressor aus der Poseidon Edition Reihe PE700-VE Silent mit einer Lieferleistung von 700l/min in Kombination mit Speicherflaschen und der Zuschaltautomatik als Sorglos-Konzept.

Die Zuschaltautomatik ermöglicht das schnelle, gleichzeitige Befüllen von Druckluftflaschen (Zylindern) parallel aus einem Speichersystem (Zwischenspeicher) und durch den Kompressor.

DIE FUNKTION:
Vorrangig erfolgt die Befüllung der an der Füllleiste angeschlossenen Speicherflasche, d. h. Speichersystem und Kompressor füllen immer zuerst die Atemluftzylinder an der Füllleiste auf.

Sind diese vollständig gefüllt, wird das Speichersystem vom Kompressor nachgefüllt.

Bei Erreichen des maximalen Fülldrucks im Speichersystem schaltet der Kompressor vollautomatisch wieder ab. Sobald die nächste, leere Druckluftflasche an der Füllleiste angeschlossen ist, beginnt der vollautomatische Füllzyklus von Neuem.

Today the new mobile breathing air system was handed over to the Volunteer Fire Brigade Großau near Raabs.

The newly designed compressor PE300-TE from the Poseidon Edition series with a delivery capacity of 300l/min incl. generator for a gentle start, a storage package of 4x50liter high-pressure storage bottles and an external filling ramp according to the Lower Austrian version complete the project.

This mobile solution can be operated with a generator or with a high-voltage connection.

Der neu-designte Kompressor PE300-TE aus der Poseidon Edition Reihe mit einer Lieferleistung von 300l/min inkl. Generator für einen sanften Anlauf, ein Speicherpaket von 4x50Liter Hochdruckspeicherflaschen und eine externe Füllrampe nach NÖ-Ausführung runden das Projekt ab.

Diese mobile Lösung kann sowohl über einen Generator aber auch über einen Starkstromanschluss betrieben werden.
