Here are a few tips on how post op compression bras that you need to know!!
- Your underbust measurement does not change post op only your cup size.
- There are different types of bra's for different surgeries! If you are having a lift you could require a different bra to someone who isn't.
- Your breasts continually change - so compression bras can be used long after your recommended recovery time.
-If you have breast fed / lost considerable amounts of weight your bra will differ from a standard BA.
- There is such a thing as Medical Grade post op garments
- It is recommended that you look to buy a minimum of 2 bras. So as you wash one you can wear one!

Let the fun begin!
Yesterday we were with our clients at Bangkok Hospital Phuket.
They were fitted prior to surgery with compression garments to make sure they fit and hands held whilst waiting for surgery!
Our ladies are out and making a full recovery back at the recovery retreat!
