Ein herrlich sommerliches Rezept: Erdbeer Gazpacho mit Zitronenmascarponecreme und Sumac Sirup, gelingt im Handumdrehen mit @thermomix_de & @thermomix.austria Hier das volle Rezept: Für das Sumac Sirup 100g Zucker, 100g Wasser, 75g Granatapfelsirup und 10g Sumac für 4 Minuten, bei 80 Grad auf Stufe drei im Thermomix kochen. Dann in eine Schale füllen und kaltstellen. Für das Erdbeer Gazpacho 500g Erdbeeren, 100g Zucker, 100g Puderzucker, 75g Glucose und 125g Wasser auf Stufe 10 für 30 Sekunden pulsieren. Die fertige Masse in eine Schale oder Glas füllen und kalt stellen. Für die Mascarponecreme 150g Crème Fraîche, 150g Mascaprone, 16g Puderzucker und Zeste einer halben Zitrone auf Stufe 9 für 30 Sekunden verrühren. Zum Anrichten das Erdbeer Gazpacho auf einem Teller flach streichen, ein paar ganze Erdbeeren grob schneiden und anrichten. Die kalte Mascarponecreme mit zwei Löffeln zu Nockerln formen und platzieren. Wir dekorieren mit getrockneten Rosenblüten, Granatapfelkernen, träufeln einen Esslöffel Sumac Sirup darüber und ein paar Basilikumblätter. #ad
