In Spontaneity
Entirely wild yeast and bacteria from the farm where our journey began feature in this blend of 50% Winter 2017 and 50% Winter 2019 produced spontaneous gold.
After ample time in American Oak it exhibits some light minerality with classic Belgian funk on the nose. Sharper acidity than many of our beers. Expect the texture and flavour of biting into a slightly under-ripe apricot.
A limited release of only 500 bottles. Get yours now on www.lonegumfarmhouse.com or at select specialty retailers and venues.
Convoluted History is the story of our solera Sour Gold project.
This is one of our original base recipes, with the yeast and bacteria coming from a combination of our favourite commercial labs, as well as some of our own spontaneous barrels.
This is our oldest current release on average, with some of the barrels included approaching 8 years old at bottling, you'll find the next iteration in one of our giant foeders at the Little Bang Brewing Company barrel hall awaiting the next bottling day.

With Ginger And Lime.
Our barrel aged tart saison, with the added refreshing dimension of freshly juiced Australian grown ginger and lime. A small batch release of just 200 bottles, the ideal summer sipper.

Great write up by our friends over at The Crafty Pint 🍻
Lone Gum Farmhouse & BeerNoEvil Find Common Ground Lone Gum Farmhouse and Beer No Evil share many common elements. They started their businesses within three years of each other, they both entered the beer industry through contract brewing. And they both bided their time: developing their brands and their beer's reputation before finally building a...
Brown.
Our first bottling in the style of Belgian Oud Bruin. A blend of 1 and 3 year old barrels brings forth a tart expression with notes of coffee, chocolate and raisin. Increased alcohol restrains the acidity over our lighter styles, at 9% ABV its perfect to be shared.
Purchase now at www.lonegumfarmhouse.com or select specialty venues.
The start of our sour product range features a range of barrel aged blends.
Convoluted History: Our Solera Sour Gold. Portions of our favourite barrels spanning the past 8 years can be found in this beer. You can find the foudre awaiting our next bottling in the barrel hall at Little Bang Brewing Company.
Red: Release number 1 is a blend of 1 and 3 year old sour red ales. Bright acidity meets toffee sweetness.
Brown: A blend of 1 and 3 year old also features in our Release number 1 sour brown ale. A higher ABV helps restrain the acidity allowing the darker coffee and chocolate notes to balance.
The beginning of our tart Saison range features 3 expressions of the style.
From Here and There; our base beer, is a dry hopped, barrel aged, tart saison.
With Ginger and Lime is the same base beer with hints of ginger juice and zest rounded out by freshly squeezed lime juice.
Lemondrop, Lime and Bitters combines tart saison with home made bitters, fresh lime juice and a light dry hopping with Lemondrop hops.

Our wines are produced in collaboration with Camwell Wines, using our own vines and their family vines, we have produced at least one seasonal expression each year. All wild fermented, with minimal intervention.
SKIN/TIME. Light skin contact and 3 years in barrel on lees saw this wine mature gracefully. Bottled pétillant naturel, it is lightly effervescent.
Grenache. 100% Hand picked Blewitt Springs Grenache, this wine spent over 2 years in a French Oak Barrique. Unfiltered and unfined, this is a unique expression of dry, sand grown Grenache.
THE VOID. McLaren Vale Syrah. A barrique, a hogshead and a puncheon roll into a brewery. This wine is a blend of all 3.
