It took ages recycling used tea bags and then printing them but they are just too good to throw away hehehe.

Scrolls seem to be a recurring theme in my work at the moment. I'll just go with it for as long as it lasts. Captured Voices 4 - assemblage, 26.5 X 26.5cm.

The latest assemblage, Captured Voices 3. Eucalyptus twigs, tea stained letters, printed used teabags, h**p twine, wool, feathers, digital print and tears. Lots of tears remembering memories. 26.5 X 26.5cm

Another assemblage that's turning the Captured Voices concept into a series. Hand rolled, tea stained paper scrolls with handwriting and a digital print of some fabric that was under a rock in my garden for 5 months. 26.5 X 26.5cm.

What fun making paper twine with a drop spindle kindly made for me by my friend, Sandra. No idea what I will do with it. Any suggestions?

Been playing with some little assemblages.

Learning a lot from all my eco prints and dyes. I've really needed some studio play.

I've been commissioned to paint a Halloween backdrop for Julia Thomas Photography. It will be 2 metres by 1.5 metres (79"X59") Fingers crossed I can pull this off.

What a peaceful Sunday morning it is. I'm sitting on the verandah writing in my journal. All I can hear is birds. Rainbow lorikeets, magpies, top knot pigeons, minor birds and piping shrikes are in the orchestra today. It's all rather Zen. It's only fitting I post a Zen-like painting. La Série Petite - pebbles.
