We are always up for an experiment. Here's a peek at the start of our latest one. Adelaide Hills Distillery "Gunnery" rum #dryaged beef. We especially selected some of our #heritagebeef to get this special treatment. This is a nicely marbled Striploin on the bone from a #grassfed 2 year old steer from Meningie. We can't wait to see how it tastes after 3-4 weeks in the dryaging room
