This coming February, I’m joining the MOVE Challenge in support of Charlie’s Rainbow 🌈 - Funding Paediatric Acute Myeloid Leukaemia (AML) Research. I’ll be dusting off the rower and challenging myself to daily >3km rows. For those who know me well, you’ll know that this is FAR out of my comfort zone, and certainly meets the criteria for finding ‘MY HARD’.
