NDIS participants have the right to be safe and to receive quality services from providers and workers - the NDIS Commission handles complaints about the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services.

We’ve updated the Pricing Arrangements for SDA and SDA Price Calculator.
The updates include an increase to:
• the maximum reasonable rent contribution (MRRC) for SDA, and
• the maximum amount that SDA participants can be asked to pay for board.
From 20 March 2022, providers can start charging the new MRRC and fortnightly maximum board amount, where a service agreement allows them to do this.
Providers must honour existing service agreements or get participant agreement to amend the existing service agreement.
