In this post, we showcased what is currently on site, followed by our most recent design under CDC. This is another project that we are excited to showcase especially when it is done.

We've been quiet, but we are finishing of many projects, which we can't wait to show you guys.

The new post is a dual occupancy above basement. This project had its challenges due to being in a colder sack but our team still managed to get the design to work to the site constraints.

This project was also our first interior design that our team completed. We helped with not just rendering the interior but we also helped with taking our client to our partners that supply all martials.

This proposal consists of two dwellings, one positioned in front of the other, with a subdivision layout like a battle axe.

Blessing your feed once again

This dual occupancy completed under CDC is our most recent design. With this design, we attempted to tie everything together by having the white brick match the white render. Due to the fact that most dual occupancy sites have relatively narrow fronts, it is rare to have a large block to push the design as we were able to do with this project.

Our first French provincial style,

Our team recently finished this French provincial home. The façade has French design, while the inside has a modern twist, which we thought worked well together.

The photographs speak for themselves and require little explanation. This brand-new, two-story residence is uncomplicated yet extremely contemporary.

Backyard update

Our client requested that we redesign their backyard. Alongside their pool, they desired an entertainment area. To demonstrate the complete scope of the design, we included both daytime and nighttime views.

This post is a little different. This job is one that has been stopped due to client changing their mind on construction, but we think this was to nice to keep in hiding on our files so we decide to post it and share with you. Hope you guys love it as much as we do.

Another two storey home completed under CDC. very simple yet effective façade.

First post of 2023, lets get the ball rolling.

This is a new two-story home that was put on hold at the end of last year, but the clients returned and requested that it be completed.

Another 2 storey dwelling over basement completed by the team. With an awesome view from the home office at the front, we are sure our client will love working from home.

Something different to the usual

This particular project didn’t require any approval process. They wanted internal tenders to help them visualise what they were trying to achieve.

We are always happy to help our clients out even with the little things. Don’t feel like you need to be doing a major project to engage a designer.

This duplex was designed by the team and just recently got approved. Now onto the construction stage.

This particular site was purchased with a existing DA. The client wanted to change the facade and interior layout. which required a section 4.55 which was completed by our team.

The outdoor seating area with the fire pit provides the ideal summer night outdoor area, and the pool, which is integrated into the living area, provides a nice view for morning coffee or when you have guests over.
