My birthday, 42 years lapping around the sun.

42 years in these bones living a guided life and experiencing joy and wonder on this earth.

What a gift, what a pleasure to have been chosen to journey this earthly experience.

Nothing makes me smile more than knowing a galaxy of stars, the sun and moon and some universal magic decided I needed to be created and born on this very day in this time and then put me in this place with these people that come in and out my life.

It fascinates and always humble me to my core.
The birth of infinite possibilities, that’s why we say happy ‘birth’ day because to get another one is truly a special gift.

Did you know the more you activate your toes by driving them onto the ground the more you will engage your butt ! The more you use your heels the more you will engage your hamstrings. I constantly see people forgetting to activate their feet when doing ANY sort or movement. You want to think feet first as it will help improve the movement of the rest of the body and fire up the brain also.

How often are you fresh flushing your bodies plumbing ? You flush your Loo everyday after you load it up with toxic waste, cause if you didn’t that would be kind of gross… YET if you think about it, your body is the exact same thing.
So if your not helping flush away the toxins your body collects daily then your eventually going to have plumbing issues in the tissues right!

That’s not to say you have to exercises every single day BUT doing a little flush of some sort to your body every day is VERY Important.
YOU COULD……
* Elevate your heart rate anyway you like yep…..exercise, walking, dancing, gardening, s*x, skipping, hiking.
* Use a standing vibration plate (amazing tool for lymphatic drainage)
* Go outside bare foot and cleanse your body in sunlight and nature.
* Breath deeply
* Get a massage or do some dry brushing
* Do some mobility or stretching
* Try some hot cold therapy or an ice bath.
* Use a fit ball as your desk chair and bounce on it throughout the day.
The key is just MOVE and flush more.

There are defiantly other factors that I use to help me assess someone’s pain and mobility/postural issues but this just gives you a little understanding why using the brain to fix a problem works so much better then just going straight to wear it hurts because where is hurts is coming from the brain not the limb !!
