An interesting read. I'm fortunate that my GP clinic does mostly bulk bill but am aware this is not a privilege afforded to everyone. Also, out of pocket costs can be a huge barrier to people accessing health care, risking further deterioration in their health condition/s which likely increases their health needs later on. Doesn't make sense to me at all.
