Fancy running up a mountain with 60kg of wheat on your back? This legendary race is back after a 35-year hiatus For years, the small Victorian town of Wycheproof held a running race quite unlike any other, in a nod to the thing it was built on — wheat. Now the event is being revived to bring people back to the town.

Well done to everyone who participated in this gruelling event you are all champions!

Races are from 9-12 then Food truck festivals with drinks at great bar prices served up in the beautiful Wycheproof Park while you watch the AFL GF on the big screen, what a great day! Tickets available at the gate. Find links on our page.
