✨✨Today during my Shavasana in Hatha yoga practice, I had a lightbulb moment as the prana of unstoppable JOY was blissfully flowing into every cell of my whole body!✨✨

✨Moving from the space of ‘being ok’ to “being grateful” for the certainty of uncertainties✨

✨✨As I let go and joyously ride the waves of the dance in this universe without the desire to ‘control’ or ‘make things happen’ according to what my mind believes to be ‘absolute’, ‘safe’, ‘secure’ and ‘right’ for the existing belief system, past conditionings and thought patterns in my ‘mind’, I am gracefully moving into the beautiful energy of GRATITUDE of all things that unfold before my eyes to the natural rhythm and music of the universe.✨✨✨

✨✨It is a significant step inwards to a deeper state of acceptance and allowing as you move from consciously being mindful and being in the state of ‘being ok’ with the fluctuating changes and shifts of daily experiences to a more gratitude filled state of dancing with the certainty of uncertainties!! ✨✨✨

✨✨Dancing with the natural state of all there is, who we are, in raw, organic form and its core existence. We are meant to move, flow, shift, change, grow, expand, evolve and transform. Just like every single element of the nature itself. If we don’t allow this natural phenomenon to take its place, what is supposed to be free flowing and ever-evolving gets stagnant, stuck, harden, solidify and become the supposedly ‘safe’ boundaries of ‘familiar’ and ‘known’ comfort system where we dwell and feel ‘safe’ without growth or transformation.✨✨✨

✨✨Moving into the unknown, embracing with trust and gratitude and then letting go to joyously dance in the beauty of the unknown, the infinite potential of our existence and true essence yet to blossom and continually transform. Life is a wonderful mystery filled with the certainty of uncertainties! And I LOVE IT!! So much love and gratitude for this beautiful somatic-felt realisation today. Thank you yoga! Thank you Shavasana!! ✨✨🙏🏻✨🧘🏽‍♀️✨✨
