On offer for 35pp you get to share
A dry aged kind fish crudo, with its namjim dressing and black lime
Some jam on Serrano, cured for 12months, served with our homemade focaccia and its rotating accoutrements
And last but not least, some with egg yolk two ways!

For 25 dollaridoos you get a mini martini on gins, with your choice of olive or lemon coin! And three freshly shucked oysters 🦪

Second announcement, and probably the one we are the most excited about !! 💃💃💃
In a few weeks, the is taking over Brisbane, with a panel of seminars, and some events all across town. We have made the decision to stay local for our star event on the Sunday 16th of June. 🗓️
For once, we've decided to put the kitchen tools down, and to hand them over to the absolute legends from Woolloongabba .restaurant ! 🪿🪿
The Clarence team is coming with what seems to be a banging 4 course menu, and our team will have to challenge themselves to match their creativity, to put together a pairing drinking list ! 🥂
We cannot express how excited we are for that little banger !

in Paris knows it ! Since not everyone has the chance to go wandering Europe visiting our national , here is our take on it, but Aussie version, cause Milo is superior👌clarified and served cold, coz Brisbane imma right?

We are immensely grateful for the community around Alba that developed and evolved over the past 5 years, for the people we worked and work with : brands, suppliers, staffs..
Now we will take a bit of a rest on this public holiday, and we will remain closed today. But rest assured, we are back tomorrow for some more Jamons, hip-hop and Jerez from 12pm.

Alright folks! Only a couple of days before our 5th birthday 🥳
A bit more info about the night! We will start at 4pm, and walk-ins only, no invite, no reservations just turn up ! We hope to see many familiar and friendly faces 😊
To help us celebrate that milestone, we brought back some the OG best! A few of our previous bartenders that we highly appreciate will make an appearance and a few drinks ; so catch them behind the stick on the night ! They have made us and brought back some tasty bangers from their time, while chefs have been curating a special menu for the night! Expect croquetta and guildas, and a few other surprises 🫢

Tin Can Bay king prawns, cooked in their curry first, rouille, chargrilled and pickled peppers, garlic shoots.
You might want to pair it up with a classic Albariño, or a clean and crisp Riesling 👌 or really whatever you feel like ! We can think of another few pairings to go with this beautiful dish 🤤
