After shock tuning yesterday, we noticed an oil leak. Today we found a crack in the gearbox.

1.5 weeks until Offroad Outlaws Enduro race,

So alot of long days and nights coming up for our team.

That's racing!

On the weekend the team were given the chance to help the Borderline Australia charity by providing rides in the 666 Ultra4! I’m not sure who had more fun the driver or the joy riders!

2023 Ultra4 Australia season is done.

This one was an extra push to get the car ready.

Hard work got the car repaired after round 2's front end drama, but the drive shaft wasn't ready until Wednesday morning. Final push to get that put in then loaded onto the trailer Wednesday night and headed to cherrabah Thursday morning.

Thursday was setup, site lap on new front end and scrutineering.
Friday morning prologue where we placed 5th off the line for the 5hr enduro race.

Overall the car was fairly perfect all race, our biggest battle was our motion sick driver. But once he got it out of it system (pun intended), the rest of the race went smoothly.

Saturday was 4 shoot out heats which again, the car handled perfectly. We placed 1st, 3rd, 4th and 1st (to be confirmed when results are released).

🏁 Final results from the weekend, 3rd overall for Friday and Saturday, and then 3rd overall for the year 🏆
