Professional experience: 15 years fulltime, plus temp chef with multiple kitchens, worked with all major clients in Brisbane and Australia

where : Australian, New Zealand, USA, Dubai

Cuisine experience: Australian, New Zealand, European, Asian, Indian, fusion, International, Cafe baking experience etc

Cooking style: set menu, a la carte, buffet, live, bulk, functions, outdoor, event cooking (breakfast, lunch, dinner), mining cooking experience

Establishments: cafes, restaurants, fine dining, catering company, government, bars, pubs, live cooking, golf course, army camp, air force base, hotels, cruise line (5 stars, university, school, age care, mining camp etc.
